Meet the Dedicated Team Behind Pipelogix LMS Inc.
James (“Jim”) Lounsbery is the Director of Business Development of Pipelogix LMS Inc. In 1988, Jim joined the National Water Main Cleaning Company, a subsidiary of Carylon Corporation, a national leader in industrial and municipal services and rehabilitation. During his 35-year tenure, Jim began in the field operating sophisticated pipe cleaning, CCTV inspection assessment equipment and implementation of Pipeline Rehabilitation through early methods of trenchless rehabilitation when “Trenchless” was not a Buzzword. Jim is HAZWOPER trained and certified to utilize all the previously learned skills to cleanup, remediate and restore infrastructure on many sites throughout Region 2 EPA including mercury remediation work at a large pharmaceutical in Puerto Rico. Jim has worked in major Metropolitan areas on the most complex infrastructure in the country.
As an Executive for Pipelogix LMS Inc. Jim oversees every aspect of business operations, including administration, business development, personnel and equipment acquisition, instruction and training in OSHA, DOT and environmental compliance, and overall project management
Pipelogix utilizes the services of Erin Kinney, a Marine Biologist, for research and reporting on the harmful impacts of infiltration and inflow on the environment. Erin Kinney is a highly qualified and reputable scientist in her field and has contributed significantly to the scientific community with her research and reports.
Erin has a Ph. D as well as a M.A. in Biology from Boston University. She also has a B.A. in Environmental and Evolutionary Biology from Dartmouth College. Her post-scholastic research experience includes work with the Ecosystems Center, Marine Biological Laboratory, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration/National Estuarine Research Reserve, and the Marine Sciences Research Center at Stony Brook University.
Jerome Wentz, P.G.

Mr. Wentz is an environmental professional with 20 years of experience in report preparation, project management, field inspection, sample collection & documentation. Mr. Wentz is a Florida State Board-certified Professional Geologist and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Qualified Stormwater Management Inspector. From 2002 until the present, Mr. Wentz has worked full-time as a private consultant on projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, District of Columbia and Florida.
Mr. Wentz prepares reports and manages field work for Due Diligence, Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Underground Storage Tank (UST) & Above Ground Storage Tank (AST) Closure Assessments, throughout various commercial and industrial sites, utilizing Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), hand-auger, sonic and direct-push, hollow-stem-auger and mud-rotary sample collection and monitoring well installation methods, in order to delineate the extents of metals, light non-aqueous phase liquids (LNAPL) and dense non-aqueous phase liquid (DNAPL) in soil and groundwater.
Mr. Wentz has completed more than 500 FDEP-approved Reasonable Assurance Reports (RAR) for permitting Class V, Group 6 stormwater drainage wells in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, FL.
